Well so far i have stayed in my range of calories wish kids would go to sleep so i can so i wont go eat anymore. exercised for 20 mins on tredmile got the 1 mile i was aiming for. The shakes are good had a blueberry peach cobbler one today was really yummy. i have went from 202.8 to 200.4 so far i hope this keeps up. i want to get below 200 before scott comes home in 3 days. well i better go for now and get kids to bed.
