A Wrench in the Works

Remember when I said I was all achy and whatever from my ill-thought-out plan of sliding into third base? Well today I paid for it.

I was at Fairy Fest in Windsor today, and I fell on a hill. Shouldn't have been a big deal, but I was already sore. What ended up happening was I completely strained my muscle in my right thigh. To the point that I had to got to the walk-in and get prescription muscle relaxants. Just popped one, hoping that it does its thing and I feel better really soon, because I really want to get back into my running. Right now, I'm sitting with some ice, and I'm going to veg out to Doctor Who.

Ate pretty well today, tracked it all, and I'm keeping up with the water. That's three out of four goals from yesterday accomplished.

Tomorrow's goals: 64+ ounces of water, eat well, track food, and stretch out this leg muscle.
