The triple "P" plan

My daughter, whose name starts with P made me a "Perfect Plan" (hence the triple P's) So, here are the rules:
1500 calories / day
200 bonus calories/ week to use as needed
Exercise at least 4 days/ week for 45 minutes
Must have at least 3 fruits/veggies on weekdays and at least 1 on weekends
If I don't complain Mon. thru Fri. about dieting, I get a bonus 100 calories on the weekend
Here's the rub... If I follow these rules daily I get a "satisfactory" mark on the official tracker she made me. If I fall within the guidelines for the week I get a predetermined, non-food, treat. For example, I can have 2 unsatisfactories the first week. I can also negate an unsatisfactory by doing double the allotted exercise on any given day.
