Party is pretty much over (one girl is spending the night, but that is minor). I just read by the pool while they had fun. My daughter was disappointed two girls were no shows, but otherwise had a fine time.
The cake was ok, but I am not tempted to eat a bunch of it. I'm starting to just stop eating things I am not that excited about. I think those meditation cds are working. This coincides with the start of them and I have felt really renewed about it all.
I plan to go do my C25K on the treadmill soon. I did not exercise last night as we were just too busy preparing for the party. I did think about it and just decided that it would be my rest day.
I really want to knit but will make myself wait until AFTER running. That will be my reward. That is so hard to do!
We went out for dinner to celebrate DDs birthday. I had a half hoagie and didn't even finish it. For lunch I had a salad with grilled chicken. So I am doing well. I will have a plum for dessert. I have one left!
I am planning to sign up for a few Craftsy classes while they are still on super sale. It means spending most of my personal money. But I really enjoy those classes so it will be worth it.
Ok, I am off to go put on workout clothes and hit the treadmill! Ciao!

My daughter turned 11 on the 8th. I had her party at the lake-no cleanup! YAY! And she enjoys crotcheting.

    Sounds like a great day!

Wow, that's 2x in a row that you've left food behind- Yay YOU, for realizing when you're full and stopping. Motivational CDs sound like they might be worth looking into.
    Glad the party was fun.
I have a computer game that I love to play in the evenings, that I can't touch until my exercise is done. I'm pretty good at holding myself to it.
    Have a Great Weekend!
