Streaking on Skinny Rules

I'm on a streak....Day 5 of following Skinny Rules by Bob Harper. I feel great eating "clean", the most processed food I have eaten is plain greek yogurt which tastes like sour cream by the way. I have had no refined sugar.

The only issue right now is I feel like I'm eating the same things over and over and may get bored quickly. My goal is to follow the meal plans strictly for 2 weeks. Then I'm on vacation and I will try to stick with it the best I can. What's going to be difficult is the "don't drink your calories" over the 4th holiday! So I'm going to list the positives of sticking to it!

1. Stop pulling at my shirt because I'm worried you can see my belly roll through my shirt.

2. Skinny thighs.

3. Better performance running and at the gym.

4. A healthier body. I feel much better already.

5. Reach my goal weight.

6. Fun new clothes!

Some good choices this week:

Passing on drinks after work to go to bootcamp.

Skipping bagels/pastry for breakfast today at the office.

Resisting the brownie cookies my son brought home last night.

Bootcamp 2x and running 1 so far this week.

Weekend plan:

I went grocery shopping last night to stock up for homemade meals all weekend.

No drinking my calories! I don't want to undo all the progress I made this week. What's the point of working so hard to just blow it on the weekends? If I can lose even a few more pounds I will feel even better in my bathing suit at vacation in 15 days....woo hoo!!
