Reconnecting with Sparkpeople

With my return, I read through all of my old blog posts. I found it inspiring and motivating to read back through it all. It was a review of my progress, suggestions and things that worked for me.
In continuing my journey, I’m looking back to see what I could have done to help with my slip. How could I have prevented it? What could I have done differently? I needed support, encouragement, motivation and accountability. Yesterday I spent some time on the Sparkpeople site and found encouragement. I also talked to my Dad who has always been a fitness role model for me – he also offered support and encouragement. It may have been helpful at the time to join a fitness class or a gym, even for a few months. Get around some other like minded people.
