Fit by 40 Goal

So I came up with some weight loss goals. I wanted to encourage myself without applying undue pressure. (and setting myself up to fail).

I have 100 pounds to lose (well technically I've already gotten rid of 3 of them). On August 10th, I will turn 38, and I thought it would be fitting to try and reach my goal weight of 149 pounds by my 40th birthday.

This gives me 2 years and change to accomplish this. I set some smaller goals, calculated by 2 pound per week loss in the beginning, and eventually reducing to 1.5/week, 1/week and .5/week as I get closer to goal and the weight comes off slower.
