Happy Friday! Weigh in results...........

Hey all.
Happy Friday. I hope you all have a great weekend ahead!

I dusted off the scale last night for my weigh in this morning. And I weighed 165.6. So that is a 5 lb gain since April (I was 160). I need to nip this in the bud before I gain even more weight. I will start this Saturday with lots of walking and possibly a workout if time permits. But I have a full day of festivities so we'll see.

I only went over my calories by 25 yesterday so that is not bad at all!! I think I definitely need to get some fruit and veggies in the house. And start eating salads again for lunch. So I will try to stock up this weekend for the week ahead. I know what Im doing wrong and I know how to make it right. I just need to DO IT!

My goal for today is to TRACK my calories and STAY within calorie range. Saturday will TRACK calories and do lots of walking. Then Sun will be the OFFICIAL Day One back on track! Wish me luck.

    You should be proud that you caught yourself at 5lb. And sounds like you have an action plan to get things started. Planning and preparing healthy food has been super important in my journey. Doesn't always happen and is almost never convenient but man I'm happier when things are planned and prepared.

    5 lbs isn't too bad...and you're getting back on track so you'll halt any further gain and lose those 5 lbs in no time! Good luck!!
