Why do I sabotage myself.

I need to stay away from dairy and sugar....and gluten...and I am sure there are more things. When I am off these things, the weight just falls off. I feel better also...so why do I keep eating these. I cannot call them comfort foods, comfort foods are suppose to make you feel better, not lethargic and just plain icky.
When I say sugar, I do not mean fruit. I tried that route before and it is not pleasant. I will be heading to the farmers market on Saturday to pick up all the veggies I need for the week. I need to make this a habit.
I am hoping that continuing to write things down will keep me on track.
