It has been over a week now

It has been over a week now and I am pretty well adjusted to my new calorie intake. Do not feel hungry at night and have managed to stay pretty close to my calorie goal. i have also increased my water to 8-9 cups a day.
Exercise is another issue. I have such an issue setting aside time to do it.

    Happy Friday! I was just reading your blog and the time that you took to fire up your machine, write a blog and peruse through SP you could have gotten in a quick 10 minute stretch. There is always time. You may not be able to do thirty minutes all in one block. But maybe you should try doing 10 minutes 3 times a day. No Excuses. You are here because you want to be healthier. You must hold yourself accountable and make time.
