1000 fitness points for this month ain't gonna happen--shucks!

Thursday, June 28, 2012

i was on-a-roll for awhile. Two months came very close to 100 fitness points. June has not been a good month!

Stomach problems from the new eating plan and then an on-going virus.

I figured I should not go to the pool with swollen glands and feeling so weak and sleepy.

If I am better in a day or 2, maybe I can do water aerobics. But June is running out. At least I made over 500 fitness points.

With all the issues you've been dealing with lately, it's best to be careful and slowly build back up to where you were. No point in pushing yourself too hard and getting yourself in a worse condition for your troubles.

No worries! You can do this! Just start! Wherever you are Just Start! I just started swimming for 10 minutes last night. I want to go today too! After my surgery, I exercised with the Wii. After that, 6 minute sparkpeople videos, stopped for awhile. Now this summer, I started 6 minute sparkpeople videos, then did 10 minute sparkpeople videos. Now I am up to 20 minute sparkpeople videos.

You know you did your best!
