A little bit of whine?

I find it ironic that I am now hurt again - but neither one of my latest injuries have anything to do with a run, swim, or bike... and both managed to slow my training down to a crawl...
Yep, my foot is hurt and I'm limping around - ever have an injury that you aren't sure you want to just blab about to the entire world?

So sorry you are injured. Hope the foot gets better soon. Foot injuries are so rough. It is relatively easy to avoid using a finger or a wrist, you foot is kind of a necessity. Yeah, not all injuries are easily discussed. Hope your's heals quickly.

Sorry you are hurt. Take it easy and don't push too far. Hopefully after a good rest you will be right as rain.

I can swim, run, bike - whatever I want to get done... the only limiting factor is how much of the dumb, stupid, idiotic pain I can ignore at the time :)
I'm not bitter about it at all... :)
My support crew is awesome too - I just hesitate to post it publicly is all... I probably will, when I get over that...

That sucks about your foot. I hope it heals quickly for you. emoticon

Can you still swim, even if it's not at training pace.

I've never had an injury where I didn't want to blab it. I'm pretty open & my support crew is pretty awesome about letting me vent my frustrations with them. I personally think they just tune me out!! lol
