Plant based diet?

Ok hate to complain but hear it goes. Getting really frustrated on not seeing more results on my weight loss. I don't really go by the scales I go more how my clothes fit me. I have hit a plateau. I have been reading lately on plant based diets. I'm not much of a meat eater so I think it would be ok for me. I need to change things up a bit & maybe this will help me see some results. Has anyone tried a plant based diet or is currently one one? Would love to hear any feedback? Thanks a bunch!
