Ready for the next go-around?

So I stopped tracking my food & stopped exercise for the last few months. Luckily I started some good habits that have stuck so I've still been eating fairly well. Though I know I can do better. Also, the job I started is very physical so I think that makes up for some of the exercise I've been missing. My biceps are looking pretty good! Now I have to target the flab under my arms. :P Anyway, I have maintained the loss that I made previously but now I'd like to get back on track and lose some more.
Especially motivating was this past Saturday. I saw a lovely lady that I haven't seen since Thanksgiving & as soon as she saw me she exclaimed, "Have you lost weight?!" It was the best feeling ever!
Unfortunately the same day I brought some cupcakes to a party & was insulted by a couple strangers over them. One guy said my cupcakes were nothing compared to his pumpkin crescents. Another lady asked me if my cupcakes were chocolate. I told her they were red velvet. She says, "Oh, excuse me. Red velvet." in a sarcastic tone like I was trying to be uppity by correcting her. Well she asked & red velvet is not the same as chocolate; I was not trying to be snobby. So pttttht. Anyway it kind of stung considering my dream is to start a bakery.
So I finally have my doctors appointment today. I already had my cholesterol checked a couple days ago so hopefully I'll get my results today. But I'm going to ask them to check my thyroid & see if they think I should get my iron, Vit. D & Vit. B levels checked. I'm just tired of being tired & I think it would help me get back on track if I wasn't so worn out.
