No matter what I made sure I sneak in some exercises. I did more car stuff, of course not much of a calorie burning, so I did not track it either. I just want to be sure I fit in exercise no matter where I go. However, I did count swimming in the hotel pool on the first day, swimming in the lake the last two days. Today we went hiking plus went on a paddle boat for over an hour, which I hope SP has some sort of comparison so I can count towards fitness.
Nutrition, my usually healthy one whole egg with two egg whites and coffee. I did have "red velvet" flavored ice-cream, (there was no way I was resisting cream cheese swirls with chunks of red velvet cake in my pink colored vanilla ice-cream!) and for lunch vegetable panini,which I throw out bread.
Still not tracking food intake.
