hidden exercise

I have company coming in a few days so I decided to clean out some boxes that were bothering me. UGH-- I have started using a fitbit tracker (which I love) and last night discovered why my legs were bothering me. I had gone up and down stairs 25 times. (That's why the prior UGH)
I was well over the 10,000 steps and was I ever tired. Not completely finished with cleaning project so maybe I will get that exercise in without actually thinking of it as exercise.
