Just wanted to check in. My blood sugars are wonderful. I am starting to use a regular log book, instead my big journal book. I'll keep the book for when I am have trouble. I have lost 8 pounds (they are still in my up and down range,) so I am not quite thrilled but I am going in the right direction. Slow but sure. That's my motto. emoticon

    Yep, slow and steady is best. Just make sure your diet is nutritious and balanced besides within range. The exercising is just the icing on the cake to get yourself healthy and fit. keep the faith.
