Ok, so I've been on my diet for a little over a week now and I have ganied 2 lbs. I have kept within range of calories and done MORE than my share of excercise... (I'm pretty athletic; swimming once a day, aerobics, and walking for stress relief) I am eating right, exercising, and using sparkpeople.com like crazy and for what? t a 2 lb. gain! I know it is probably water and muscle (I am VERY sore and drink about 6 extra 8 oz cups of water a day) but it's still a bummer. I'm getting impatient.. and this is always my downfall. I need to tough it out and not give up! ... ... I hope!
