I am starting fresh on my diet. I seem to get frustrated easily since having this baby. Weight loss is extremely slow, and if I don't diet I am not gaining anything either. It is like my body is in maintain mode. It is extremely frustrating.
So I've decided to relax about it a bit. I know you are pregnant for nine months, and it takes 9 months to get your hormone levels back to normal and such. I do want to lose weight and am going to continue to eat healthy. I have a three month old and I should be worrying about him and not the numbers on the scale.
However, my goal is to lose 73 pounds by June 23rd, 2013. I am really not sure if I want a third child or not right now. But within the next year would be the perfect time to try for one. I am already a stay at home mom, and we have all the babies items needed. So I have decided if I can lose the 73 lb, I will go for a third child. If I do not, I will not. And I have a one year deadline. That way it is also a goal for me to work towards. Which means I need to lose 1.4 pounds per week.
My goals for this week:
[ ] Lose 1.3 pounds
[ ] Write another blog entry
[ ] Drink 8 glasses of water per day
