Week 1- 20 weeks and 20 lbs

So here I go. The weather has been nice. The Trek Across Maine is done and I really need to start back up on the calorie counting and being aware of what is going into my mouth. I don't think that I'm being that horribly bad, but tracking all my food does make me question whether or not I actaully want to eat that cookie.

My cardio endurance is better than ever. I'm loving spin class and I'm going to go at least twice this week. I want to ride my bike to work this week as well. It will be interesting to ride back home after a spin class. It might be totally worth it though.

Short term Goals:
Pack lunches and snacks
Ride bike twice this week
go to 2 spin classes
