My Own List, Part 2

In my own occasional series of sharing my personal discoveries as I journey on, I thought I would share this little gem: Fiber One Cereal. I bought it last week, and have had it a couple of times, and am thrilled with it. I know it contains asparatame, and that is not a typical ingredient (for me, anyway), but really, it is filling, it has loads of other "good" nutrients and limited "bad" stuff (besides the sweetener), and it has proven to be a smart breakfast choice for me. I've been eating a cup (120 cal) with blueberries and 1% milk. It stays within my planned 300 cal breakfast and unlike a lot of cereals, I do feel satisfied with it.
