Today's goals for fitness are limited because we start vacation with a long car drive. However, I am bringing my resistance bands (the ones I got from PT two years ago) and working out in the car. Chair stretches and when at stops working bands on legs and stretching legs. I figure I may get nothing except maybe a less stiff back and joints. Oh and some points too! LOL Still a less stiff back and joints sounds pretty good.
Then when we get to hotel, I plan on swimming a few laps and treading water while playing with kids. Who know maybe there is a fitness room, I did not inquire because it is not our final destination.
Food intake, well, breakfast will be good and I bringing fruit and Greek yogurt in cooler. But the rest will be a challenge. We shall see!
