Ok, so I'm really trying to cut back on the sugar cravings. I'm going to start monitoring my sugar craving/intake and using this blog to document the specific times my sweet tooth takes over.
It is now 9:04 am. I just went to the kitchen to eat breakfast.. and what do I want more than anything? NUTELLA. I am addicted to it. I don't normally eat sweets but I could eat an entire container of nutella by myself in just a few days. I had a peanut butter and nutella half sandwhich for breakfast. And yes, Now I feel satisfied... but I really wish I would be satisfied with a slice of canteloupe and eggs instead!!! that would have been much healthier.....
