just got p90x :D

I heard p90x is hard.. but i wanna push myself to my limits!! I havent lost any weight for 2 months and its driving me CRAZY! I know what i have to do to get myself outta this stage. Today is my first day of trying to drink water.. 2nd thing i need to do is cut back on grains.. i eat to many of those..and 3rd thing is my workouts. I walk 3-6 miles a day BUT the problem is i have been doing that for over a year. My body is use to it.. So im going to start doing different cardio!! Hopefully i can start losing the rest of my 70 pounds!

    That a girl! I have some big changes planned for myself in July as well. Well, big for me at least!
