Ok what's the deal? I started out so great. Since Friday I lost 5 pounds and the scale has now come to a screeching halt . I have ridden my bike this week and drank gallons of water in the last three days. Am I not eating enough? Am I eating too much? I don't know. I know that I am absolutely committed to this diet. I have not had even a crumb of anything I'm not supposed to eat so I'm totally confused. Maybe I'm too obsessed with my scale. Maybe the scale needs new batteries. Totally not cool. Numbers you are supposed to go down. Not stay the same. though I do think my boobs are shrinking. Maybe a little.

    Just keep focus and don't give up. Some time the scale can be stubborn. Just stay on track and the scale will start to move in the right direction. emoticon PS Love your dog. I Have a weenie dog too, he also rules the house! emoticon

    Ok ok stress=bad. Patience and lots of sleep= good. Right. Eating all meals plus healthy snacks. no sugary fruit before 2 Lots of veggies lean protein. Egg Whites etc. And tracking everything. My reports say I'm where I need to be. Bummer.

    Are you eating enough? Don't starve your body or it will hold on to the calories it has. As for the scale, try not to weigh everyday, once a week is enough. Do you track your food on the tracker? It has helped me keep track because a little of this & a little of that, adds up. Make sure you eat meals on a regular basis, don't skip any, especially breakfast. Your body needs a jumpstart for the day. Don't worry, the scale will move again. (a few facts I have learned from SP) emoticon

  • WILSON1926 does take time and the weight goes in spurts sometimes. just keep at it, eat right as best you can, make sure you get enough sleep and don't stress. Stress causes release of cortisol, which makes you store fat.
