Simplest of simple main dish: two ingredients (plus salt and pepper)

Been thinking of ways to get out of the kitchen quicker and decided to enlist the help of my crock pot. Cut up 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts into about 4 chunks each, gave them a slight dash of salt and pepper, put them in the crock pot and slathered them with about 2/3 cup el-cheapo barbecue sauce. Cooked them until done (about three hours), shredded the meat and stirred in another tablespoon of the sauce and let them stay on low about another 15 minutes.

Made about seven three-ounce servings, with 40-45 calories for each sauce serving added to the chicken calories, so I'm thinking it'd be about 160 calories. Next time, I'm gonna half a large onion, slice it and add that to the mix, and double the recipe as I can see this would freeze well in three-ounce portion packs!
