Finding Health Motivation Through Pure Romance!!

Who would have guessed that this side job I took on almost a year ago would become the spark I needed to get my act together! I just had the realization that National Training is in just a little over a month and I need to fit into some of my business clothes better than what I do now before I go! I'm always promoting SMART goals, so here is my goal: Lose at least 10 pounds by August 1st 2012. Simple as that. It's specific, it's measurable, it's attainable (as long as I put my nose to the grindstone), it's realistic and it's trackable. I can totally do this!

Yesterday I got our rewards booklet and found out that if I become a super consultant for the next year and REALLY step up my game I could earn a Caribbean Cruise and/or a trip to Australia! You know I want to do that, and I need to look good when I earn them! So, my long term goal will be to lose at least 60 pounds by July 1st 2013. If I want to go on these vacations for free, I'll really need to step up my game! I'm starting to add in online/Facebook parties to reach out to a lot of my friends/family who live out of state, and I'm going to be offering amazing incentives for people to place orders and host parties. In addition to all of that I'll need to recruit some more consultants to take advantage of the Pure Romance Opportunity. I love this company so I shouldn't have too much trouble with it. When you find a product you believe in, it's pretty easy to sell.

Back to my goals, since I got a little off track with my motivator there, lol...I have specific goals written down there, but I need to set up a plan to acheive them. I'm going to take some time to really set up some good goals and a plan of action. Right now it will be to track my nutrition, drink my water and really build an exercise plan into my daily routine. Speaking of exercise, that's where I'm heading off to after I finish this blog. I'm planning on maybe trying some of Coach Nicole's videos, and then maybe a yoga or Pilates video.

    Good luck. You can do it. I'm about to go to bed and get up in a few hours to start all over again. It seems all I do now is Walk, Work, Eat and Sleep.
