Feeling Strong!

Yesterday was a great day! Ran for 50 minutes on the treadmill at faster speed than normal. (huffing & puffing) ha ha. Right after I did a boot camp class for a hour. Lots of weight training in that class. Sore today but feeling strong! Happy Training Everyone! emoticon emoticon

    Awesome , I rode 12 miles and did a Water Boot camp for and hour! Not bad for granny who just had two broken legs and an ankle.
