Doing Something Right

Decided to see how I'm progressing, so had the gym redo my measurements yesterday. I was happy. In two weeks Dropped some pounds and .7% of Body Fat (Down to 18.1). The Neck, Chest, Waist and Hips have hall gone down (Waist and hips down 1 1/2 inches each woohoo) While the Shoulders, Biceps, Thigh and Calf have started to develop a little bit. Tells me I'm doing something right even if I'm not following a "plan".
