My goal is to lose 25 kg. I have already started a 1000 kcal diet and I'm pretty sucessful (only one slip-up day last Saturday). I do not see the results yet on the scale but I feel better and have more energy.
Hi, that's pretty impressive. This calorie level is somewhat low, you may actually get better results from 1200 + reasonable exercise. In any case, I wish you the best of luck! 2728 days ago
