Blah!! Ack!
I think I got tired of salads...
There's so much lettuce and so many greens in the garden that I was basically eating lots of greens with some protein....

and suddenly I was craving carbs, of course.

So: I've made some poor choices and some okay choices over the last day, but I'm noticing that I'm kind of tired of just salad!

So: I will make an effort to fix healthy food that is BEYOND salad.

And: (Warning: Stop here if you don't want to here about bodily functions) -- I'm noticing that when I feel bloated or constipated, I ironically want to eat even MORE. I suspect it's because I start to feel fat and bad about myself, and so I sort of go into an "it's no use" mode.

Tip to self: This, too, will pass (so to speak).

Okay: End of scatalogical discussion.

The good news is that I am keeping up my activity...although I'm not sure how I'm going to fit something in tomorrow because a) I have a conference about an hour away from me, b) it's bloody hot, and c) I have errands to run before I go away for the weekend.

I will aim for at least a quick walk.
