Hi all, I have completely failed this week :( I always get to this point when I start exercising and dieting etc where I just start to feel like I can't be bothered because it isn't working. I am having trouble trying to stick with it and I hate it. I wish I was healthy and thin and toned, and I am having trouble trying to realise that it is going to take a lot of hard work to get there. I would love a personal trainer but I can't afford that!

Tomorrow I will try harder!

    Don't be discouraged. I feel that way too. Last week I stayed in range and worked out consistently, only to have minor results on the scale. When I start to feel that way, I remind myself of how much more energy I have, how much better I feel, how much more sleep I'm getting, etc. and take a moment to realize that the scale victories will come, but not to overlook the NSV during the process. Stick with it, you WILL reach your goals!
