A deeper change

I originally thought I would start this blog by saying boo hoo I have so much further to go. Which I do. I read something today that made me think about a deeper change.
Are you going through the motions or are you going for a deeper more meaningful change. I struggle a lot and repeatedly with my weight loss. The getting started is easy and so is the first 5-10lbs. It is also easy to joining gym, buy a journals and talk about health. It is very hard to uses those tools for the long term. Long-term weight loss takes stronger commitment. Here the pep talk I have been giving myself. A deeper level of change is how you behave when people are not looking. It is in your daily habit especially when you don’t want to. It is your mindset that you are always on the right path even when you are at a standstill or take two steps forward and one back. A deeper change means the sidelines will not do anymore.
