Exercising in the Heat

Had a great indoor Zumba class this morning to get my heart pumping. Good thing it was early before the studio got hot. Also walked for over an hour in the heat of the day and came home dripping! Thank goodness I drank plenty of water before and after the walk to rehydrate. Temperature is scheduled to remain in the low 90's until Friday so I'll have to get my outdoor exercise in early before it gets too steamy. It's still way better than rain or snow!
