6. I have been a slacker

Well I fell hard off my great blogging track record. I also Fell off the tracking...but guess what...I will not stop. I am back and this time only a week past instead of 2 months or a year. I feel really good about it. Even though I was working my ass off I was more conscious of my eating and drinking water. I am off of the part time job for a week so my goal is to be good all week. tracking blogging & drinking the water. I am also aiming for a minimum of 4 days of fitness tracking. I am working on my work out playlist. I just downloaded the new Maroon 5 Single "one more night" total love. It is my new fitness jam for sure ( have I told ya how much I am obsessed with that band?) out of control. HAHA! Well I gotta get ready for bed. SO tomorrow morning I will wake up refreshed and ready for my day with a healthy mindset.

    Music is my greatest inspiration as well, nowadays I can't actually wait to go for a run. because that means that I'll hear my favorites! And congrats on getting back on track :)! I am sure that those "vacations" will get shorter and shorter the longer we'll keep on this path and then they will be no more, it is just our life that we are living!
