Struggling with Sodium

My nutrition tracker has my sodium content too high everyday. It seems to be hidden in everything! I am currently trying to eat as many natural foods as possible, fruit and vegetables. My major problem foods are cheese and deli meats. I also love pickles and olives! I feel like if I could get this problem under control, I would have more weight loss success and lower blood pressure. Anyone have suggestions?
