Struggling with Sodium

My nutrition tracker has my sodium content too high everyday. It seems to be hidden in everything! I am currently trying to eat as many natural foods as possible, fruit and vegetables. My major problem foods are cheese and deli meats. I also love pickles and olives! I feel like if I could get this problem under control, I would have more weight loss success and lower blood pressure. Anyone have suggestions?

    Try cutting out olives and pickles for a week and see what happens. They are both very high in sodium. I buy low-sodium, no nitrate cold cuts in Trader Joes or Whole Foods. It really doesn't take long to get used to the low sodium and they are so much healthier for you.

    Make sure you read your nutrition labels. Take leftovers instead of lunch meat. Watch your bread too.... try sandwich rounds instead.
