I just spent an hour on the floor in my 93 degree living room, ssssllllooowwwwllly finding each and every muscle in my body that I can find. Tensing, relaxing, tightening, and lengthening them all, little by little, working my way from the top of my head to the tips of my toes. Breathing deeply, slowly, deliberately. I feel a calmness, a certain sense of well being that I haven't felt in a very very long time. At 1 point, I took my 2 lb weighted balls and put them between my body and the floor, slowly rolling them downward, allowing the weight of my body and the pressure of the balls to massage and loosen muscles. Today, I am Zen.
