Phase 3!! WOWZA!

I finally made it to LiveFit phase 3!! yay!
I have to say, I really didn't think that I could stick to any program this long. I always get bored and bail or if it's a home video I just can't make my self do them as I have way to much to do at home to take time for me.
My first day of phase 3 was yesterday and wow! I really like the workout! It's a lot of work but was fun and I was drenched when I left the Y. I also learned that it's been way too long since I used a jump rope because I kept smacking my self in the head with it. lol! Good thing I went into the basket ball court where I could be by my self for that one!
After work yesterday I went to the barn to check on my horse. I wasn't really in the mood to tack up so I decided to work him bareback which is also a wonderful workout for my legs!
Today was day two of phase 3 and it was also a long workout! Today called for upper body with plyo and sprints on the treadmill at 8pmh. Today I learned that I am a dork and can't do sprints very well on the TM. I had a hard time getting motivated to do the sprints but once I got going it was better. I couldn't stick with the 30/30 intervals like the plan called for but I tried my best. The last few minutes of the run I was pushing with the 8mph until the end and I tripped over my big ol size 10 shoe and smacked the dash board of the TM which made a large bang as if somebody dropped weights. Everybody stopped and stared which was fabulous. My gym buddy, Kris was thankful she didn't have to catch me or watch me break my face and all I could do was laugh. I am such an idiot, I swear!
Tomorrow calls for another set of sprints. I wonder how THAT will go. HAHA!
