So - I've been sick for 2 weeks and I feel like I've been hit with a major setback. I just got back to exercise yesterday - 2 whole weeks off. And because I am still coughing and wheezing, I had to take it easy. I really want to push myself, but I also want to feel better some time soon!!

I haven't really been that bad about the eating. I definitely had a few days where I went off plan simply because I was too sick to cook.

I'm trying really hard not to beat myself up over it and just get back in the swing of good diet and exercise as soon as I can.
