2nd day at boot camp

My first day at boot camp was great, I really enjoyed it. When I got home I felt great and was thinking of going for a run in the evening. But by mid-day I was feeling all the muscles in my body! Talk of a total body work out. So I took it easy for the rest of the day. Today's session was more challenging because my body was still soar from previous day's boot camp. But I did it, gave it my all. I am enjoying getting my exercise done first thing in the morning. The long summer days are helping cause it is light when I get up at 05:30. So better enjoy it while it lasts! emoticon
