I love shrimp, but eating it grilled and broiled has gotten boring. I found a recipe for shrimp creole, which I thought was a diet no-no. But making it with fresh tomatoes, garlic, and fennel made all the difference, so it was delicious and health conscious. The garlic and fennel especially made the dish, almost making me forget it was a so-called diet dish.
