On my way to better….

I had hoped to post this last night, but couldn’t get the new entry to pop up…
The schedule kicked up again this week, and my tracking was great despite the things I ate being terrible. I can own that. Shifting schedules is so much tougher than I think it will be. Going from being home at 3:45 to being home at 5:15 has really thrown my cooking time off. I am still committed though to getting through this adjustment. Meals are planned again; everything is setup for a no think healthy eating day tomorrow. I’ve tried a new book this week that is a good way to kill some time, and this morning I was able to mow the front back and side yards without my foot wrapped. Hopefully tomorrow I can start back to yoga and light martial arts (I need to catch up to my kid, ha ha). It felt amazing to be able to walk through the house and yard without pain. My upcoming goal for the week is to simply remember I am human. I must rest, I must heal, and I must take care of me.
