Feeling strong

It's official- I fininshed my 28 day boot camp! Hallelujah! And because I loved it so much... I'm doing a second round. I love the feeling I'm having of getting toned and strong, and I want to keep that up. I'm currently looking for another program to start once I finish this one up, and I hadn't found anything before the end of my first round so I'm starting again to keep my motivation up. I have started to realize that I might have to change my 'loss' goal to a 'gain' goal though. I started the challenge looking to drop almost ten pounds. Which, for my height and build, is actually quite a lot. And after completing my first round, I've only lost a pound. But overall, the photos and measuring tape are telling a different story. So I'm trying to be okay with the fact that although my weight is not dropping, I am getting healthier. I'd rather be a toned size four than a skinny size zero. Let's hope that I can wrap my head around the fact that the weight and the number on the scale is NOT the most important part of my journey!
