Back on the Scale

I returned from the beach on Saturday and put off stepping on the scale on Sunday, due to fear! Today when I got the courage to do it, I was happy to see I had not gained any weight! I was thinking I could have gained as much as five pounds! Restaurant eating is difficult. I try to make good choices, but never really know the calorie or sodium content of the food. I ate many foods usually not on the menu at home: pizza, pasta, fried flounder and french fries. I tried to use portion control and not overeat. Swimming and walking provided exercise. Now that vacation is over I am ready to go back on the program!
