I'll be the first to admitt, that I've slacked off --- a LOT!
But its time to get back into the swing of things, my health is really in need of it! Like I've stated before that its mostly my goal to loose body mass, not so much the weight itself. Cause to be honest I'd be perfectly fine weighing this 158 pounds if it was all muscle and not fat.. and I think that comfortablity is the whole issue on whats keeping from staying motivated.
I dont feel like a cow, I'm actually really comfortable with the look of my size, its just everytime I look in the mirror the belly pudge makes me look bloated and a bit lazy. I have so many dreams I want to achieve, like a better career and lifestyle (marathon runner, world traveler, exercise trainer, etc.). And I can only do that if I lose some of this fat!

Right now my bmi is at 35.6% and needs to be down to 22.5% for my age/height. So here it is my recommitment to SP and the bootcamp group I'm in. I hope to remember/find time to check my email more often so I can keep up with my bootcamp buddies, and exercise everyday (even if its just walking a couple of miles) and lastly to just feel balanced between all this and work and school. Yay to day 1!!!!
