Well I didn't do horrible over the weekend but I didn't do as well as I would have liked to. Saturday I finished with 2045 calories which is 645 over what I would like to eat but still within my Spark calorie limit. I did the 40 minute Total Body workout from Sparkpeople 28 day bootcamp and then went to work at a local bar from 10-5:30. I don't work there during the school year but I don't mind helping out the owners in the summer and it's extra money that I can use on myself and don't bills if I choose.
I thought that I would be bored most of the day, but the lunch hour, I ended up having people in most of the afternoon and it kept me busy.
Sunday was Father's Day and we went out for lunch and movie with the kids. We had Mongolian Grill for lunch and I didn't overdo the buffet but I also didn't know how to track everything. I did have some candy at the movie, but the rest of the day I stayed on track. So I don't have a count for Sunday, but I was up early and took a 3 miles walk, which was a nice change from my usual workout routine.
I hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend and I'll blog later about today's counts and fun, softball game coming up and it's my day to do carpool. YEAH!! Nothing more fun than a car of of excited girls and then the ride home with hot, dirty and tired girls.
Hopefully all goes well and we stay a little cool in the 90 degree heat.
