I Love What Vitamin F Does For You

Why do I have a variety of friends who are all so different in character? How can I get along with them all?

I think that each one helps to bring out a "different" part of me.

With one of them I am polite. I joke with another friend.
I sit down and talk about serious matters with one.

With another I laugh a lot. I may have a coke with one.

I listen to one friend's problems.

Then I listen to another one's advice for me.

My friends are all like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.

When completed, they form a treasure box.

A treasure of friends! They are my friends who understand me better than myself, who support me through good days and bad days.

We all pray together and for each other.

Real Age doctors tell us that friends are good for our health.

Dr. Oz calls them Vitamins F (for Friends) and counts the benefits of friends as essential to our well being. Research shows that people in strong social circles have less risk of depression and
terminal strokes. If you enjoy Vitamins F constantly you can be up to 30 years younger than your real age.

The warmth of friendship stops stress and even in your most intense moments it decreases the chance of a cardiac arrest or stroke by 50%.

I'm so happy that I have a stock of vitamin F!

In summary, we should value our friends and keep in touch with
them. We should try to see the funny side of things and laugh together, and pray for each other in the tough moments.

Thank you for being one of my Vitamins! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Gail, this is truly beautiful. I even get a lot of vitamin F from my family, who are my best friends. I am even making a lot of friends who I think I will really value as I get to know them. I'm glad you're one of them. God bless you, always.

What a lovely thought ~ every day I sign on to SP, I'm getting my daily supply of Vitamin F!! And what better place to get our spirits lifted, have someone walk alongside of me or have others snapping the whip behind.

Thanks! Think I'll go absorb more Vit F...... emoticon

I saw the title and wondered what was vitamin F. Had never heard of it.
My life would be very empty with out my Vitamin F.
And the friends I have met here on Spark they are included.
I have got to watch Dr Oz more often.
    Take care,

I love Vitamin F! And you are very lucky to be surrounded by friends. Most of my friends have retired and moved away so at times I feel a bit lonely! At least we can still keep in touch but it's not quite the same as sitting face to face.

OMG Gail, before I read your wonderful blog, I thought to myself I've never heard of Vitamin F. You are so right I'm a junkie when it comes to it. I also love all my friends on and off Spark. They add so much to my life and the side effects are even better health. It's a win-win situation for all. I count you among my Special Friends as I've been blessed just know you. You are a strong and caring Lady whom I've come to admire and love very much. You're always there for me when I complain and cheer me up when what I probably need is a good kick in the seat of my pants--LOL. God Bless you as your a top Vitamin E as I I really care about you and Jerry. Thank you for your insightful thinking.

    Love You,

Gail: What an AWESOME BLOG, I want a big dose of Vitamin F, why not I take 5,000 of Vitamin D, and all kinds of others. I usually don't like doing jig saw puzzles but this one sounds GREAT.
