Exercise is GO!

This week I have done 30 mins of exercise everyday for 7 days!! Today I decided I would have a rest day and spent the extra hour in bed which was amazing but tomorrow I'll be back to a workout before work. Although it kills me to sacrifice that time when I could be sleeping, it means that for the rest of the day I don't feel like I've done a workout but I have! It also means I don't have to try and schedule one in for afterwork when there are 101 other things that I need to do.

So yay me!

It also means I'm exactly the same weight I was 2 weeks ago, which is good because in that time I'd put on the 7lbs I'd lost but now it's gone again. phew! This week I'd like to lose 4 or 5lbs. I really want to be able to fit into this pretty dress I have by the 6th July, which means I have to lose 17lbs in 3 weeks. Am I shooting for the moon? Perhaps, but maybe it means I'll land in the stars :) 5.5lbs per week? I'm going to give it my best shot!
