So I finally charted my first day of food in the food tracker! Actually stayed within calorie range ....by a smidge.
Boy was I tempted not to record everything....was I scared it would go over? absolutely! Then I remembered the first spark message was to just track for 2 weeks....not to worry if it is in range...just to become aware....Most importantly I remembered that if i don't track it all...I'm only lying to myself. The calories are still there and two weeks from now when I'm wondering why my weight hasn't gone down do you think I will remember..oh ya I ate those chips and lied about it!...NO I won't....so just get it over with so I can remember why it is what it is and make it better for myself! I need to do this for me...
I deserve better than to be lied to especially by myself!
