Did week one of kettlebells...AWESOME!!!I love the workout(so far)
today I got on the treadmill for the first time inweeks and did week1 day1.We'll see where this gets me. I still dream of doing a 5k. ( and running the whole way)
My other goal is being able to keep up with my children. That boy of mine is gonna really give me a run for my money. Now they both have bikes with training wheels.
